My fitness journey started when I was just 10 years old. I was playing tennis at the time, but found my love in the gym. But have not always been healthy. In 2015 I went through some dark times I stopped paying attention to myself, my health, and who I was and wanted to be. I was 200lbs. I lost almost all the muscle I had built up in my youth after a solid 1.5 years of not being in the gym. I felt depressed and broken but then a switch flipped. I lost over 50 pounds and gained most of my strength back within the the first year if I’m being honest but I still wasn’t ready to share this until now.  I didn’t post this to show off or flex on anyone. I just want to say if you’re going through something just remember others are as well and that you are the only one that can pull yourself out of that dark place. Thank you to anyone that was there for me even if you didn’t know it. I especially want to thank @gregogallagher who’s programs and advice has helped me so much. Thanks for reading ❤️
