Amazing 8 Week Transformation

Amazing work by @rahulsinghal19 👏 he got stronger AND leaner during the past 8 weeks! How did he do it?

Rahul had worked with other personal trainers in the past, but they never addressed his diet. So that was our main focus during the training.

Anyways, Rahul’s experience is super common. Its a huge pet peeve of mine that very few trainers address their client's diet.

I can give you the best workout on the planet, but if you go home and smash a box of Oreos it won't do much good.

Rahul said the most beneficial aspect of the training was the knowledge he gained about nutrition. Because its something he can keep as a part of his lifestyle even if he can't make it to the gym.
