Hey Fit Fam, hope you’re having a great Saturday. Here’s a super easy yoga flow you can do anywhere to unlock the mobility in your hips and shoulders.
It’s great as a warm up before a full body workout, as a cool down, as a morning stretch to energize your body and relax your mind. Or if you’re a tool like me you can do it shirtless on the beach 🙃
