How To Eat Candy On Your Diet

A few years ago I was the guy who never went out to eat with friends or ate junk food.
-
In my mind those foods were "bad" and they would ruin my progress. Maybe some of you have felt the same way.
-
But what I have discovered over the past few years in my own experience and in training clients is that restricting foods actually makes the diet much harder to stick to.
-
Further, it creates a negative relationship with the diet, making you want QUIT subconsciously.
-
What I do now (and what I teach my clients) is how to FIT the foods they love into their diet and still lose weight. That way the diet revolves around the foods you like, not the foods the diet tells you to incorporate.
-
Eating sugar, processed food, or dietary fat doesn't lead to fat gain. Eating too many calories is what leads to fat gain.
-
So the method of fitting the foods you love into your diet, wether it's gummy bears or a rib eye steak, really doesn't change depending on the food you want to incorporate. What's important is where your calories are at.
-
But in the spirt of Halloween I wanted to break down how I would recommend fitting your favorite candy into your diet 👻
-
The key with fitting any delicious food into your diet is tracking it on my fitness pal. So you can know exactly how much you're allowed to eat.
-
Do you want to be able to fit candy (or any of your favorite foods) into your diet everyday and still lose weight?
-
If so, I'm launching a 8 week program that shows you how to do exactly that on a daily basis
